Dr Barbara Ingham is an independent economics consultant with over twenty years’ experience of international and development economics in UK and overseas. Educated at University of Manchester and London School of Economics, she was Senior Research Associate at London University, School of Oriental and African Studies, and has led projects with funding from, among others, the European Social Fund, Nuffield Foundation, and the Rockefeller Foundation.
